THE yoga experience in Brunswick

We offer inclusive yoga for all levels, foundation for beginners, restorative classes, workshops and wellbeing events. Our signature Moving Flow Vinyasa class is an uplifting and invigorating practice combining creative sequencing with music and inspiration. We also offer nourishing Yin yoga.

Class sizes are limited so everyone’s needs are addressed.


Moving Flow

This Vinyasa-inspired class is creatively sequenced to move your body, mind and spirit. Linking breath with movement while focusing on alignment and lineage. This class celebrates the joy of moving on a mat. Includes optional inversions with instruction and guidance (headstand, handstand, forearm balance, shoulderstand)

70 minutes. Designed for all levels – we recommend taking a few foundation classes prior for new yogis.


Build strength, balance and flexibility while establishing the foundations of a yoga practice. Explore the poses, learn how to link breath with movement and develop greater body awareness.

70 minutes. Suitable for new yogis. 

Mindful Yin

Bring yourself deep into relaxation. Each posture works to release tension and fatigue in the body. This slower paced class is a beautiful complement to your Moving Flow practice. 

90 minutes. Designed for all levels.

Mellow Flow

This slower paced Vinyasa class sits between Foundation and Moving Flow. Cultivate awareness, stability and ease while finding your flow.

70 minutes. Suitable for all yogis although trying Foundation first is always recommended if completely new to yoga.

Men’s Class

Explore the potential yoga has to release tension in the shoulders, back and hips from the repetitive nature of cycling, running and other sports. A great way to stretch the body.

60 minutes. Open to all levels.

Moving Explorations

Explore improvisation techniques and movement-based inquiry to enhance your awareness. A fun and informal way to move your body led by the embodiment inquisitor Camilla Maling. Held monthly on a Sunday morning.

2 hours. Suitable for all levels.

Moving Room Private Sessions

Enhance and deepen your practice, or simply a great way to begin your yoga journey. These sessions are created for you, at a time that suits, on your own, with a friend or in a small group.
